About Dana

Hello! I'm Dana Anderson. I am a Certified Dementia Practitioner Trainer who has worked with seniors, families and professional caregivers since 2007. In 2017 I earned a Master of Science in Gerontology from USC-Davis in Los Angeles. My professional services include teaching caregivers to approach senior care with gentle understanding, and helping long-term care facilities to get and stay in compliance with state regulations. I especially love helping people understand common problems of aging and the approaches we can try to keep our brains healthy as long as possible. To that end, I spend a lot of time outdoors doing physical activity, searching out new experiences and opportunities to learn, and finding like-minded people from whom I can learn new ideas and skills.
